Find an Email Address – Why is it So Difficult to Find Email Addresses For People?

If you have ever tried to find an email address of a friend online you have probably wanted to pull out your hair after an hour or two of frustrated searching online. Why in the world is it so difficult to find someone’s email on the Internet? Shouldn’t there be some big obvious directory or place to go and search?
That would be nice wouldn’t it? I’d love that too. I’ve found myself in the same position many times, looking high and low for a friend or acquaintance’s address but having no luck.
The truth is that no such directory really exists. Mainly because it would be impossible to have such a thing. You’d need everyone to always use their real name when signing up for an email, and as we all know, that just doesn’t happen all the time.
But speaking of this, it’s your best option. If the person you are searching for has used their actual name when creating their address, you can probably easily find them by just inputting their name into a search engine unless they have a really common name (that makes it tougher).
By far the easiest thing to do is just use one of the paid services to find whoever it is you are searching for. Honestly, it’s just so much easier than spending the entire afternoon on a wild goose chase. Fortunately, there are one or two excellent databases which only require a small one-time fee and you can either make one search or elect to pay a bit more and search till your heart’s desire.
Sure, it would be nice to have a free directory that would enable you to easily find an email address, but at this time there is no such thing available to us.
